Since she arrived in the world, Carola has been a creative force. Conquering the penny whistle, ukelele, Cello and Piano she then took up a place at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music, now the Conservatoire.
Moving to London where she lived for 30 years Carola ran her own Interior Design business developing a distinct look and style before she returned to Scotland where she turned her creative focus to painting.
For the last 30 years she has been (Perthshire’s answer to Paul Klee!) honing her craft under the tutelage of Frances Law, Eleanor White and Robin Child. A regular Exhibitor at The Open Studios over the last 4 years, this is her first show in London tailoring her typically abstract and distinctive style for The Flower Show.
