Clare Inskip

Clare takes small painting groups away to many wonderful places, including Sri Lanka in the Winter months. Painting almost entirely on the spot, she captures the feeling of the subject, the colours, and the excitement of the moment in time.

These Recent paintings are inspired by her travels, working en- plein, air as the mood and time dictate. Her father, the painter Rufus Noel-Buxton, influenced her work hugely and  her free spirit! She  studied under Vince Tutton, James Horton RBA, Charles Rodwell and Victoria Lloyd-Jones.

Clare has had 10 successful one-man-shows in London. Her works are in many Private collections here and afar.
